We will be celebrating my DD's high school graduation when we go to Disney in May. I know that Disney has special things for birthdays or anniversaries but does anyone know if they do anything for graduates? I'd really like to make it special for her, so would love any ideas. Thanks! :goodvibes

you can order a cake from any of the restaurants to be served at dinner. You could make a special congrats graduate shirt to be worn in the parks...or order something from WDW florist or peggyssweetsandmore to be delivered to your resort room.

We are ordering Congratulation balloons and some snack goodies for our DS's gradudation from the WDW florist.

We will ask for our OWN design - 2 Congratualtion mylar balloons attached to Mickey's Kool Snack ($30 plus cost of balloons).

Our DD gets the same Mickey's Kool Snack with Happy Birthday balloons.

We have 2 celebrations the week we go. DS graduates the week before we leave and DD's birthday is 2 days before we leave.

another basket website (customize your own)...
$20 for the basket and set-up plus cost of items in it
You can make a really nice basket with a plush for about $50.

I also went to our local Disney Store and found a graduation Mickey (colors blue & gold - My DS's actual school colors :goodvibes ).

I am going to bring the Grad Mickey to WDW with us and present it to our DS with a card - not sure where yet - maybe Coral Reef - his favorite place to eat. I am not sure if Coral Reef can do a 'Happy Graduation" dessert - but we can create our own magic pixiedust:

Our DD will get her WDW birthday dinner at 1900 Park Faire. They give the birthday girl a tiara and we are ordering her for dessert the small white cake with white butter cream frosting and a white chocolate castle on top.

1900 Park Faire may be able to also give your Graduation DD the tiara and do a small special dessert for her. Ask for the table to be decorated with Mickey/Minnie head confetti. :mickeyjum

Be sure you mention it at your hotel when you check in. No guarantees, though. I mentioned it to the CM when we checked in to OKW that we were celebrating DS's college graduation (because the CM looked to be about his age). The next day, we returned to balloons and a card signed by Mickey. What a nice surprise!

Thanks to all of you for the great ideas!
