Anything good to say about Shutters?

My mom and I are planning a trip to Disney for the beginning of January. We were going to be at Pop, but changed to CBR because of the 4/3 deal. I was thinking of booking a late dinner at Shutters (around 9) for one of the nights that the parks close early. I've read some not so great reviews, but has anyone had a good experience there? TIA!!

We went there a while ago and the food was just ok. I won't go out of my way to get there but I think if I was staying at CBR I would absolutely go there.

Yes, my wife and I stayed at the CB Resort in 2007 and will be again in 2010, we LOVED Shutters, the food was great, nice and relaxed atmosphere. We got in just as they opened that night, food was great, service was great and fast, no cpmplaints on my end or my wifes

We ate there 2 years ago when we stayed at CBR. There were 9 in our party and we all really liked Shutters. The prime rib was great; unfortunately it's no longer on the menu. My DSIL is still trying to figure out a way to have their key lime tart mailed to him at home. ha Last week we stayed at Poly and tried Kona and 'Ohana and actually prefer Shutters to either of them.

If you are staying at CBR then I would give it a shot, we ate there a while back and really enjoyed it. DH loved the chicken wings and I remember that I liked the black bean soup. As a previous poster said, I would probably not go out of my way to go there but if you are already staying there than absolutely!

Shutters is one of our favourites. We've eaten there several times and always had good food and good service.

I was there in April and wasn't too much of a fan.

It wasn't bad, but I had people talk it up so much that I think the expectations were just too high.
