Anything going on with ROFR???

I'm trying to buy BWV points from DVC but haven't heard anything. Anything going on with ROFR????

We just purchased a resale for VB and passed ROFR just last week. It took between two and three weeks to find out that we had passed the ROFR from Disney. We just received our paperwork from the title company and our signed papers and check will be going out this morning as soon as the post office opens!!! Our closing date is set for 12/27/04, we started the resale process on 11/16/04.
