Anything going on in Feb?? Crowds??

We are booking Feb 6-11 at the Wilderness Lodge Starting Feb 12 is listed as Peak time at the Lodge. What's going on at this time? Do Spring Breakers start coming in this early or is there some other group descending in the World?? Just wondering but it looks like we'll be getting out just in time.

One group descending on the World will be New Orleanians escaping Mardi Gras. Those are our exact dates.

The President's Day crowds start coming in........some schools are out in New Jersey...........Speed Week at Daytona attracts huge crowds to the area....your timing is great

Good to know. We've usually gone in December or January lately and my friend's DH is having a convention that week so that determined our dates. Thanks for the heads up!! I'm so excited to be back here planning!!!!

Carnivale (sp?) at EPCOT is/was great. Is that still done? Also, when we weret there on Valentines Day, the couples were out; Aladdin and Jasmine in Morocco and Beauty and the Beast in France. DD says she doesn't think they do that any more either. Anyone know?

Hey were going the same week hopefully. We are arriving at WDW on the Monday till the Saturday. We actually arrive the Sunday but stay in Kissimmee one night. I know I read here that the Cheerleaders are leaving that weekend so Sunday might be crazy with them. I'm hoping this week will be warmer than this year.We hope to be staying in either All Star Movies or POP.

Just waiting for our CANADIAN VISA SPECIAL to come out!!!!
