Anyone's Target started clearancing School supplies??

That's my favorite time to stock up on supplies!! Mine hasn't......and we started school last week.

I'm in GA and no. The transport jansport backpacks were on sale for $20 instead of $29 and that's it so far. I'm holding out to find one on clearance!

Mine wnet 30% off today on everything EXCEPT backpacks.

It is usually when you start seeing the Halloween stuff go out. Sine that is their seasonal area.

We haven't even started school yet and won't for more than a week. I know it won't be at 75% clearance for a while.

If you check fat wallet they have a rolling thunder where people post the clearance and their city. That is the best place to see what is on clearance where.

All day long people post only about target clearance in a specific "rolling thunder" thread. Go to the last page for the latest posts. We have been alerted to some great deals this way.

I went by a Target today and some of their school supplies were clearanced. Notebook paper, certain pens, most of the Rose Art supplies.

None of the Crayola/Sharpie/"heavy duty" (like staplers, paper clips, rubber bands) supplies were yet.

Really weird I thought. The Kleenex and GermX was, but still not a good enough deal for me at 30%. Couldn't find any Clorox wipes....

Same here. It seems they set Halloween late. I can't believe I am saying "late" with setting it almost 4 weeks in advance. I must be spoiled by the Christmas setting, which will be just around Halloween, too.
