Anyone's DH/SO home with the kids at night while you work?

Well, its happened, I accepted the job I was offered last week.

While this schedule makes it hard for DH, our DD's are very excited about "playing playstation at night, having dessert before supper" etc....

This is what our new schedule looks like, beginning Sept 13th ( I wanted the kids to be in school mode for 2 weeks before I started, hence the start date)

Monday- I go to work at 130pm, DH is home by 3, when the bus gets home- Soccer tonight

Tuesday- I'm off

Wednesday I go at 130, DD's go to an afterschool program at the YMCA, DH picks them up by 5, - Soccer tonight

Thursday- I go at 130, DD's go to Y- Dh picks up by 6,

Friday- I go at 130, DD's go to Y, DH picks up by 6

I will be home by 130am, (shift is 10 hours) so I will be doing the morning routine, which will work out great, as long as the night routine gets done...

My kids use to have a very structured school year, I'm a bit worried DH might not follow it this year...

What tips, tricks, etc... do you moms have to make it easier on him, and them.

I know I'll be using the crock pot A LOT this year!!!
