Anyone Yet Upgrade an Old PHP to new MYW Ticket?

I'm curious for news from Walt Disneyworld from anyone who has went to Guest Services today and upgraded an old Park Hopper or Park Hopper Plus for a new MYW ticket? If so, what kind of credit did you get on the old pass?

Curious if anyone thinks it would be worth it to upgrade "One Day Left 5 day PHP's" towards new MYW's? Thinking of keeping them for our trip in May and using them as a last resort if we need one extra park day...Buying 6 day MYW with non-expire and not sure if it would be worth it to use old PHP as upgrade towards new purchases of MYW? OR, save the one day left on PHP's for whenever, as they will evidently not expire...Just trying to save a buck, as usual!
