I use to work for Disneyland, but I'm not too sure what it is that you're trying to ask so I'll try to do my best.
Park Hours: these will vary depending on which park you are visiting as well as the days. During holidays and summer, parks tend to stay open longer than normal.
Leaving the Park: your park entrance ticket will allow you entrance into the park as often as you'd like through the day. You must make sure that you keep your ticket and get a handstamp on your way out as they will check both when you re-enter.
Pets: most of the parks have a kennel on site where you can leave your pet and visit them, you can check online for more information.
I worked at Disney World back in '89-'91. I know we had unlimited admission to the parks. Can't remember if that included family, I was single at the time. I had alot of fun working there!
xjess... you should look into the internship program. My college son just completed it, and I know they accept people of all ages and locations. Good luck.
