Anyone with the Motorola Mickey phone I have a question

I just purchased this phone and the only problem is when I get a call my other phones ring first, they ring at least 4 times before the mickey phone starts playing, and the problem is it only takes 4 rings for my answering machine to pick up. could this be because I have my answering machine connected to the mickey phone? If you have this phone does yours do this???

We've noticed a delay in the Mickey phone ringing, but our other phone usually only rings once before the Mickey phone rings.

I've been having that problem too. Altho our Mickey phone is not hooked up to the answering machine. Any fixes?

Yep, mine does the same thing, weird, no answering machine hooked up to it though.

Mine is like ltldeb's. The phone/answering machine rings once and then Mickey does his "Oh Boy".
