So, I know there are a billion threads on Ohana at the moment. But no one seems to be able to offer an answer as to whether or not the beloved bread pudding is MIA or not.

Has anyone been to Ohana in the past 2 weeks? Were you served bread pudding? Thanks!

I will be there a week from tomorrow night so I can let ya know...I am praying that it is there because I have never tried it and with all the rave views I am DYING to try it.

Right now there is no finite answer. People have been told the pineapple is coming back. But others have been told there is no way the bread pudding is leaving. It depends on who you talk to.

We ate there on 3/16 and had pineapple bread pudding dessert

haley,

The other threads haven't been able to answer it, that doesn't mean there is no finite answer. The entire purpose of me starting this thread was to ask those who have visited, or are visiting Ohana with the menu changes implemented to answer the question.

So the Banana Foster is gone?!?! If so im cancelling my ADR for next Friday

ChrisnKim,

Actually, if you look below you'll see that DIS31 dined there on the 16th and had the bread pudding. So as of the 16th we know it was still there.

We also ate there on the 16th and it was served.

I love the Bananas Foster bread pudding at Ohana!!! I hope they don't get rid of it, but on the bright side you can make it at home, pretty easily. There is a pretty exact recipe in the Delicious Disney Cookbook that I have made before and it was amazing. It uses challah, but I think you could also use the King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread. But I would recommend cutting the dark rum down a little bit in the sauce for a sweeter, more palatable flavor.
