It didn't seem too wild tongiht. However, what was wrong with the mom that allowed her 12 year old DD to post such photos on the internet? Unbelievable that it took an outside person to come in and say it was dangerous before the parents took control.

It really is amazing how much each of the families do change though. I was surprised that the daughter Nani was living with her boyfriend afetr going from parents that wouldn't even allow him to visit their house.

And that Nicky girl, she wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes at my house with that mouth and all the temper fits she threw! Glad to see her getting along with her Dad.

Suppose the producers of the show "have to do a lot of arm twisting" to get the families to change so fast?

the "kung-fu" family lives 10 minutes down the road from us (and the city shot they showed before showing the home is actualy sacramento which is about 40 minutes away from the town they live in-the town they live in is actualy a fairly quiet little bedroom community), our baby sitter's daughter went to school with both of the kids and knows the family pretty well.

we were excited to see it cuz we had been told what the mom and dad were like and usualy wife swap/trading spouses only show "flaky-new agey" californians (guess they might have met the criteria with her fung-sheu stuff ).

we were watching and going "where in the world did they go to club?"-they had to have gone out of the area cuz most of the dancing in our area is pretty limited to 21 and older (and the california daughter was only 19) or teen only venues.

not surprised at dad's attitude about the daughter's boyfreind-the kids attend/attended a high profile private christian school that a lot of the parents have their kids go from k-12 just so "they interact with 'the right' kind of people".

the little girl from new jersey blew me away! we were saying "what, you could'nt get nanny 911 to come out so you put in for wife swap hoping for the best?"

i would have been interested to see something about what the jersy dad did for a living-their house was a mansion in comparision with the californian family (their house is typical of construction in the area and is considered moderate housing). he just seemed very down to earth (unrealistic about how kids behave) and not the type of dad who is never home due to work demands.

That 12 year old Nicole girl might have changed temporarily, but I found her "MySpace" and those pictures she has now are even trashier than the ones from the show. She needs some parental involvement. It seems like her parents gave up on her.

I enjoy it.

Seems like they always choose total opposites
one normal/one not so.
Good contrast they put together.

Finally something better to watch other than cop or medical shows

But, I still miss Raymond!!!LOL!

Well at least I'm glad to hear that these people are "real" families. Sometimes when I watch this, I'm thinking "where do they get these people"? Like the family that had dog poop in their house, excuse me, but why would you want to let America know that you HAD DOG POOP in your house!!!!???
