Anyone watching "The View"??

During the live show, in the last 10 minutes, a fire alarm went off. They said they'd let them know if they needed to evacuate. Then they cut to a commercial, and then announced that "due to technical difficulties" they'd be showing a repeat of another show. They showed the end of another View episode, where all they did was thanked Fran Drescher for being there and announcing Barbara's interview with Hillary Clinton. Very strange.

I wonder what happened. Any news in NY?

on their website it says due to a false fire alarm they had to cut to a old segment but everything is fine.

I saw that and was wondering what had happened. It wasn't mentioned on the local noon news in NYC that immediately followed. I figured it must have been some misunderstanding. Thanks for the update whirlsy.
