Anyone want to help with car rental for April?? PLEASE!!!

We are going April 13th-20th...need the car the 16th (5pm) until the 20th(5 pm). I want to pick it up at Disney and drop off at the Ft. Myers airport. We have 3kids and 2 adults so I think we need a full size maybe?!
The best I can get is $211 for those days..is that good? I have never rented a car so i don't know what I am looking for but it seems like it should be cheaper. I see people renting for an entire week getting it cheaper. Are they cheaper by the week??
I have tried a million combinations of codes and looked thru the whole April rental car thread but nothing seems to be getting me a better deal.
Can anyone help???

I don't think that rate is too bad considering it is still probably considered spring break.

Have you tried using discount codes available at http://www.mousesavers.com ?

You can rent the car through Disney's Car Care Center. Disney's CCC even will come pick you up from your hotel to pick up the rental.

Don't feel bad. I've been reading people on the March board are getting minivans for $209 and I can't get them for less than $650.00. It's not even close to spring break for our dates. April 22-May 1.

Have you tried Budget code x474200. It gives me a good rate but I don't want to use Budget.

I would try checking out how much it costs for a whole week instead of just the 4 days. I used the codes/coupons from mousesavers. I just keep trying different combinations. My current price is using a $30 per week discount from Alamo and a Southwest airlines discount code.

PS- I would also keep trying. I usually re-book my car several times before I get to the lowest price.
