I went out last night/ early morning and could barely see anything! It was really cloudy here! I had my lounge chair all set up in a dark spot, but only ended up listening to the locusts screeching and the crickets chirping! I hope tonights sky is better!

Although the stars at night are reputed to be big and bright deep in the heart of Texas, unfortunately the city lights of Houston are much brighter.

I still wasn't able to see much. With the combination of the humidity, clouds and light pollution it's really hard to do any good start gazing! I envy people who live out in the country, and who have good views!
