I have iraqi paper money that is 25 dinars. It is very interesting, on one side it is in Arabic with Saddam Hussain and iraqi's fighting on horses. The other side is in English with a Mosq and a picture of a Presidential palace and other symbols.
It might not be worth much soon. Anyone want it cheap???
Just kidding, I would never part with it now. DH got it the first time he went over to Kuwait in 1995. During that trip, they had Kuwait Guides who took them to Kuwait City, and gave them tours. I have some really cool pictures. Even pictures with camels and the oil fields on fire. (were they still on fire in 95? there is smoke in the background in these pictures, and I am pretty sure DH said the fields were on fire).
I think this money from now on will serve as a reminder of what he is fighting for. Maybe I will have it framed.
