I have always wanted to try yoga. I definitely seems like my kind of thing. Perhaps it is but gonna have to get this thing in person!
I bought this yoga for beginners tape about 4 years ago. I tryed in once then but had too many interuptions. SO Now that half way to goal and more flexable, I though i'd get the yoga tape out! It is bad........lol. It is so confusing. way too many directions. and I had to look at the TV a then try to concentrate on what I was doing!!!!!!! UUUUUGH i did about 7 minutes of this.
Anyone out there into Yoga? got any advice for me, As I mentioned I dont think I am gonna give up on it maybe I just need to go somewhere for it? what do you think?

I'm picturing you all twisted up like a pretzel, Renee.

It does get easier as you learn the routines. :sunny:

Yoga shouldn't be that hard, Renee! Yes, going to a class is an option, and if you pay in advance you might be sure to go, but it's so convenient to exercise at home. Maybe you need a different tape. I like Collagevideo.com because they're very specific about the levels of the tapes, and they have reviews. Another idea is to just sit and watch the tape a couple of times to listen to the directions without the distraction of trying to do the movements at the same time. Diana
