Anyone Wanna See the New LAND?

Personally, I think it looks kinda bland, but I think I like it better than the 'retro-ness' of the old Land.

Any opinions?

Great, thanks! Did you click on the one that says "A bad, bad show"? It shows pics of how the ceiling in Small World is all messed up in the first and last scenes. It looks weird!

Great pics, thanks for sharing! I like the new paint, and the balloons. I wish they could have kept the fountain, but I like the new 'tree thingys' and the railings...what is with the carpet though? Blech, lol.

Went yesterday to the Soarin preview, and again today.

The tables were installed today, each seating area had different table toppers, corresponding to the four seasons. Sunshine for summer, fall leaf colors for Autumn, and I couldn't really make out spring and winter. Winter looks to be over next to the Living With The Land Boatride queue. Makes the carpet look a whole lot better!!!

i liked this part in it called never neverland (click on any of the 1st 3 links and something will say never neverland) it had 3 pictures which was made up
one was stitch on astro orbiter
next was an inflatable figment which took a bite out of the imagination pavillion
last was the tree of life with the hand from EPCOT next to it

Thanks for the link! I've always loved the inside of the Land, so I was worried about the changes! I liked the old ceiling better, the metal tree-type things look kind of funky, and the Autumn carpet is uuugly, but the overall look of the place isn't bad at all. I can't wait to see it when they're totally finished!

BTW, am I the only one who thinks the Soarin' logo looks really dated? I think it really needs some changin' - looks like a 10 year old ride in my opinion. I don't know, maybe I'm overreacting.

I LOVED Soarin' Over California so much I have really high expectations for the Orlando version, and stupid stuff likes this upsets me.

The site with the pictures overall tends to only state bad things about the park (hence the big section called "Bad Show"), but every once and a while, they have great photos.
