Cant think of any recipes off the top of my head but a couple of tips that ive found useful.
Oil is pretty high in points, so ive been using fry-lite spray to cook things. Its 0 propoints so helps a lot. I use it to make homemade wedges, and roast potatoes aswell.
If you have a sweet tooth then Sugar free jelly is good little snack. Along with some fruit - both 0pp.
The best place to go for recipes is the Weight Watchers community forums. You will find a ton of great tips and recipes on there.
