Anyone used "TravelSafe" insurance before??

I've been online getting quotes, and I think I've decided on TravelSafe insurance. They have the best price and coverage for us. I did check with CAA and RBC but thier coverage was way more.

Has anyone used them before? More importantly, had to submit a claim?

I haven't used travel safe but I have used Presidnts Choice Financial Insurance. Their rates were also much lower than RBC. And yes we've made a claim through them and it was easy and hassle free. Last October we needed a doctor whie we were staying at ASMu and they arranged for a doctor to come right to the hotel room. We signed one paper and that was all for paperwork.
