Last time I was at WDW, I saw a woman with an ECV, and a walker on the back. Unfortunately I couldn't catch up tp her to find out how well it worked. I checked the website of my usual mobility rental, Gold's Mobility and sure enough, they have one. Since it's getting increasingly difficult for me to transfer from an ECV to a ride using a cane to walk, this would be an option for me. So I'm asking here if anyone has done this-used a scooter with a walker on the back and then, using the walker to walk to the ride? If so how did it work? They say that the attachment doesn't hold rollators, but I figure it's the added weight-so what about a 3 wheeled rollator. Any experiences would help.

I’d suggest contacting the company directly and asking why rollator won’t work on it. If you are emailing, a picture of the rollator you plan to use would also be helpful.

It’s likely the configuration is an issue rather than the weight. If the rollator has a fold down seat, it might be in the way of how the holder attaches.
A 3 wheeled rollator might not work because of the seat and/or the configuration of bars in the frame might not align with the attachment points

Most walkers have arms that fold into the “back” wide part of the walker.

Most/many collators fold by pulling up the seat. The straps and base for the walker carrier don’t accommodate how rolllators fold.
