Anyone Used FL Tours Client Services Transportation?

We're thinking of using this instead of renting a car. We're thinking it'd be much quicker cause they'd be waiting for us once we got our luggage. The total cost would be $105 including a 30 minute stop for groceries and trans. back to airport. Are they very reliable? Do you think this is a better idea or would it be better to drive to each park ourselves rather than take the shuttles. We have a 4 yr old, a 1 1/2 year old and a stroller. We're trying to keep our costs as low as possible. Would it be possible to get a rental car cheaper than that for 5 days?

DD and I used FL Tours last August and have no complaints. We were scheduled to fly on August 15, during the blackout. After making it all the way to the boarding lounge we were told, at 20 minutes to boarding, that we would not be taking off. I had to call FL Tours to cancel and rearrange our meeting time. Andy was wonderful and assured me that he would be at the airport any time that we could be there. The next day 29 hours after our original meet time we were met at MCO by Andy. Knowing that FL Tours schedules had been severely compromised due to the blackout I told Andy that I would understand if we couldn't make the grocery stop that we had arranged. He would hear none of it and promptly stopped so that we could get water and munchies. Six days later we were met at the AS Movies at exactly the pre-arranged time and dropped off within feet of the airline check-in desk. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had a not-so-great-trip down...(missed connection ) But we got there...Andy had called our home, my DH's work - to make sure we were ok...and had another driver arranged and waiting for us...grocery stop at Albertson's - we prefaxed our order, so it was waitingVery Excellent...and we were at BCV LESS than ONE HOUR after touchdown...book with them, you won't regret it!!

Hi,

I was going to post on the transportation board and am still planning to do so. I just returned today at around 3:00 p.m. We used FL tours. Our in flight was delayed and Andy met us promptly at the airport. We were picked up by Mohammed who met us downstairs in a brand new SUV with 2000 miles on it. They took us to a grocery store within a residential area -Publix and while I was paying for the groceries, Mohammed had already taken the bags and placed them in the vehicle. Mohammed was pleasant, courteous and professional. They had both a toddler and a booster seat for the children as previously arranged. The ride was pleasant. We received a receipt from Mohammed.

On the day before we left Disney to go to Port Canaveral for the Cruise, Andy called and confirmed our next day pick up. The following day the driver ( someone different) was about 5 minutes late - but showed up in a stretch limousine. This was a nice surprise.

I cannot say enough about FL tours and will only use them in the future.They made the entire transfer ordeal pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend them.

We used FL Tours in Nov. to and from the airport with a grocery stop and to and from Sea World, great service, pleasant and friendly, always on time. Would use them again next time we go.
