Anyone Used Cruise.com

I was wondering if anyone had ever used this company and what their experience was with them. They offer a discount of about $100 for booking online, and that would allow me to go up a category at a minimal expense. Thanks in advance.

We recently used them to add in-laws in another cabin for our November cruise. They were the cheapest quote. There was a little confusion in making sure that I didn't want to add the travel ins, but it was straightened out right away.

My only concern is that it appears from their documentation that my inlaws might be filling out their forms at the port instead of ahead of time. I might not be correct but if I remeber correctly, they you doing that for the other lines over the web, but Disney wasn't listed.

Minor detail for the price difference though.

I used them to book our May cruise..the only problem I had was my travel agent went on maternity leave and never came back. so I had no one to email if I had a question. otherwise, it was fine.

I just today booked a January cruise and the best price I got was from Costco - they were about $300 less than DCL.

Very satisfied! They gave us the best price for two of our cruises. Booked on line for a healthy discount. Received our documents 6 wks out and everything went off without a hitch. Enjoy your cruise!

For those who have used them, did you do any add ons? Since it will be our anniversary, I would like to add the REAS package. Would I do that through the agend or straight through DCL?
