Anyone used AP discount for lunch at Teppanyaki?

We tried to use our disney dining experience card here last trip and were denied since the restaurant was not Disney-owned. I know you can get 10% off with AP Monday - Friday for lunch at a resort or Epcot sit down restaurant. Has anyone been successful doing this at teppanyaki?

I actually went outside the restaurant and called DDE on our honeymoon and asked about it.. I could have sworn it was on the list.. But it isnt... I dont know about the ap discount... it wasnt an option at least the last time we were there..
I still enjoyed the food, but knowing there wasnt the DDE discount, we probably would have eaten somewhere that offered a discount.. especially with all the lapanese steakhouses we have here in Tampa...
It was good thoguh.. so no big complaints reguarding it!

We used it at Teppanyaki as well as two other WS restaurants (Akershus and Marrakesh) in July. There was no problem at any of them. We told them we had the discount when we ordered, but all three did the bill without the discount the first time and had to redo it. We had a party of 5 and Teppanyaki was the only one that asked us to see a second AP.

Thanks everyone, I guess we will try it and just double check with them before we order. We usually forget about the AP discount since we have the DDE discount! Hoping to eat there for lunch Thursday!!
