Anyone use VIP nation

There is a concert that I would like to go to. Tickets are not on sale until saturday, and it is very important that I get very close to front row.

I came across a website called VIP Nation which has a package with front row says, parking, t-shirt an snacks. I am just unsure if it is worth it to use them to get the best seats. I am also very concerned about their reputation.

Has anyone used VIP nation to purchase tickets?

While I personally haven't (I just cannot justify the cost even with all that is included) I do know two different people who have for New Kids on the Block in the past and had nothing but good things too say.

But I generally use stub hub for concert and sporting event tickets if I can't get what I want from the direct sale. Never had any problems

I have used them to buy NKOTB tickets many times. While I don't think the "gift bags" are worth the extra money, I do like that i don't have to remember to bring my ticket. I have never had an issue with them.
