Anyone use Q&C at El Pirata y el Perico

Sorry the search is not working. I was looking over their menu and I was wondering if, for example, this would qualify for the voucher??

Taco Salad, as the entree $5.79
Bowl of Chili, as the side $3.49
Churro, as the dessert $2.09
Large Coke $$2.29

Also, does anyone know if the Beaches and Cream takes reservations? I have read where it is quite crowded at times.

It looks as though that would work out just fine. Unfortunately it was closed during our trip last week, otherwise we would have used one there and seen it firsthand. I understand they close that place during the slow times of the year.

Also B & C doesn't take PS at all, just first-come, first-served. We visited there 3 times to use our Q & C vouchers and found it to be well-worth the trip. Our bill would have been about $40 and we used 2 Q & C, plus a nice tip for the server. Not bad!
