Anyone use Movielink?

I got a cable modem about a month ago, and RoadRunner has a link to a service called Movielink on their website. Does anyone use Movielink? Is it as easy as it sounds, just rent a move over the web, and pay the rental fee listed...no additional fees or hidden costs?
