Anyone use Garden Grocer lately?

This is our first trip to DW in FOREVER and we're going to be staying in the Treehouse Villas. While we will have a car, I like the idea of having groceries delivered. Anyone use Garden Grocer lately and what did you think? Were they close to the time you scheduled? Were you satisfied with the whole experience? Yes, I know they're expensive, but for us the convenience is worth the price.

Yes, I know they're expensive, but for us the convenience is worth the price.

I used Garden Grocer for the first time last September and will be using them again this August. They were very prompt. Called me in advance to verify my order, sent a text that my order had been delivered to the resort and was with bell services.

After I placed my initial order, I decided to change an item. All I had to do was send them an email stating the change.

In March, they delivered stuff we did not order, and forget stuff that we did order.

They came back the next day with the stuff they had forgotten. However, what they forgot was a case of water. So we couldn't use it our arrival day, and we couldn't take it to the park the next day (since we had already left for the day before they arrived). And we had leftover water at the end of our vacation which we couldn't take on the plane back home.

The Bell Services guy at the Beach Club said that this happens all the time.

He also said that he heard that Garden Grocer would charge to come back the second time, even if it was their mistake. They did not charge us to come back the second time.
