We're planning a trip to Disneyland this summer. We'll be flying into lax and using a shuttle service to take us to the hotel. We're only staying a few days and we will drive to San Diego. We're looking to rent a van for that portion of the trip. I've never booked a rental car before. Expedia seems too good to be true. The price quote is a lot lower than I'm finding anywhere else with an AARP discount. Am I missing something or are their rates really that much better? The quote is $283.91 ---$257 + $26.91 taxes for Aug 2-Aug 6 for a mini van with National. Other prices I'm seeing are $435.52 ---$327.42 + $89.62 taxes and fee + $18.48 drop charge. As I said, it just seems too good to be true

I use Expedia all the time. Never an issue. The price you are quoted is what u pay. Just make sure that the receipt shows no drop off charge. That's unusual in California based on my experience. But national is often lower than others.
