Hi. At Christmas we had 5-day 2-park, park-to-park tickets. There was a concert, which the Seasonal AP was blocked out from attending on the US side. We used the regular ticket to enter that park, did our thing, and in the afternoon (we didn't want to see the concert, as we had seen it the previous day), after we were done touring at US, we went to Customer Service and upgraded to 2 park SAPs. The fellow working was very pleasant and easily did the upgrade, but then he escorted us out of the park, as we were effectively blocked out now. We spent the rest of the evening at IOA, using our newly minted SAPs. Worked great!
