Anyone up for a challenge???

I am looking for someone who can help design a shirt for us. Now I know this is DIS boards but I don't know where else to ask for help There are 19 of us traveling on the Carnival Dream. We would like 19 (funny) Flamingos standing in water and the Carnival Dream Ship in the background. We would like it to say Family Cruise 2013. ON the back we would just like the words, What The Flock Were We Thinking!?!?
Anyone??? Please!!!! Thank You.... or please lead me to someone that can do this for me.

BIG BIG BIG favor Could you change the outline of both pictures from Pink to Black? We love the pink lettering but would like the circles to be in black.

We may have 3 more family members coming with us now. Not positive but is there any way you could do a second picture and add 3 more flamingos? I sure wish I had the software and the knowledge to do it myself. I hate having to be a pain
