And want to join me in the challenge? It would be nice to kind of check in with each other everyday to talk about progress, set backs, etc.. something to help keep us motivated and on track. Anyone up for it?
My boyfriend was finishing his Master's Degree and I went through a huge life change that came with a bit of depression (I felt like giving up on everything). To stay in touch, every night my boyfriend and I would either play video games together while talking on a headset or we'd rent the same movie or watch the same TV shows.. whatever we could do to keep us going. Because of the time change, I would usually rush home from work and grab something to eat on the way. I also stopped being a vegetarian after 7 years of no meat of any kind, so that opened a whole new world of food to me. Needless to say, I gained a LOT of weight. Thank goodness my boyfriend loves me no matter what, so it hasn't even been an issue for him, but it really has for me. I won't take pictures of myself, my confidence is much lower, and I'm just not happy with how I look. So now I've decided to do something about it and take off the weight! I'll always be a bit curvy, so my goal is just to get average and healthy and drop many pants sizes (I'm embarrassed to say I went up FOUR sizes during that time my boyfriend was finishing his degree
