I looked at Joovy when we were going for ds's first trip. DD needs a place to hide and we use her stroller as a WC since she has low muscle tone.
My issues with the Joovy were:
DD is tall, she was an inch or so away from hitting the canopy. I knew I was going to need the stroller for a while and didn't want to have to spend $ again on a stroller in a few years.
If you are looking at a Sit n Stand type, only one kiddo can be in the shade and reclined. My kids alwasy napped at the same time even at DW so that wouldn't have worked for us.
I went with a Baby Jogger. I ended up getting a single and using a different stroller for ds (he is NT). I got the summit, dd seemed more comfortable in it and still has plenty of room at 5. It was more expensive, but I feel like I saved money by not having to buy another stroller. Since your girls are 3 you may be able to rent one and see if you like it and if not you don't have to try to resell it.
We've done DW 3 times with dd and 2 with dd and ds. DD has high anxiety, Asperger's, SPD, selective mutism, and low muscle tone. Feel free to PM if you have any questions, I will be happy to help if I can.
