You obviously have never stood in a crowded line on a very hot day. If so, you would know the answer to that question.![]()
Except if you are my wife and it gives her an asthma attack.

I've thought about using a folding walking cane/stick with a seat for parades.
Me too. Back hurts if I stand in one place too long, and knees are too bad to sit on the ground (probably wouldn't be able to get back up!). Man, getting "old" sucks!!
It would be handled like a wheelchair - left at the boarding area and brought to the unload area in most cases. As a person who gets back pain from standing too long, I can say that what I do is take advantage of every opportunity to lean on something. If there are fixed bars in the queue area, I lean on my arms for a while to take some of the strain off my back. Or if the rail is a good height for leaning back against (some are too high or low, but some are just right) I lean that way, or if there is a solid wall, that works too. It does help. I usually don't have much trouble if the line is moving consistently, even if the movement is slow. But if I have to stand still for more than a few minutes, I find somewhere to lean.
While a rollator might help, I don't want the bother of trying to fold it up and carry it onto the rides with me. They aren't small!
My kids' friends have these to take camping. They are SO uncomfortable!
We have them. They are VERY low and VERY uncomfortable. Honestly, I think you could get it through security without issue since they do fit in your pocket.

That's weird. I mean, making an exception for baby food jars makes total sense, but perfume bottles? Why make an exception for those?
Pretty sure Disney sells them in Epcot.
