DH just got a CPAP to help him breathe better while he sleeps. You have to fill with distilled water. We are flying in to SNA and will be staying at Disneyland Hotel. Do they sell that type of water in gift shop? Suggestions??
Yes, my husband travels with his CPAP machine. He uses distilled water. If I remember correct we were able to get the distilled water at the minit like stores along Harbour. Most of the hotels across from Disneyland carried the water.
Remember you can carry your CPAP on board aircraft with you if you are flying. It does not count as a carry-on. You can go to the airlines rules and regulations page on the airlines internet page to confirm this.
Hi, my mother travels with her CPAP machine all the time and rarely has problems. Like the above poster, she carries it on board with her and is allocated a seat with a power point also.
In some hotel rooms being able to plug the machine in next to the bed means unplugging the clock or phone, so she brings a battery operated clock with her. She has also on occasion asked for a small table to be brought to the room that is higher than the bedside tables.
Most hotels and airlines should be accommodating if you tell them you're travelling with medical equipment...
