Looks nice! We are considering a spring trip perhaps March or April. Do you know if they offer 1 bedrooms? Online they only show a floor plan for a 2 bedroom.

Residence Inn and Four Seasons are totally different.
If it's the Residence Inn on Scottsdale Road, it's nice.
If you're thinking on going during Spring Training, do it now. Daughter works for Marriott and also lives in Scottsdale and even we, as her parents, have a heck of a time during that time of year.

The full name is the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. It is in the Vacation Planner as an Interval International trade.

Any of those timeshares are great, personally, the best is Desert Ridge, a little far out, but wonderful. I tried this past summer for NEXT spring and was told nothing was available the dates I wanted.

Acccording to the IntervalWorld Resort Directory, the Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale has efficiencies (studios), 1BR units, and 2BR units.

The website of the Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale shows only a two-bedroom villa floor plan, but if you look at it again you'll see that it's lock-off floor plan. The 1BR side and the efficiency side each have an entrance door. As at DVC lock-offs, the connecting door can be locked from both sides.

Please be aware that the Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale is a very, very difficult trade, especially in the spring.

We traded one of our Marriott weeks into the 4Seasons.

It is one of the nicest timeshares that I have ever stayed in. The service was phenominal. The unit needed some refurbishment, but they said that would be done shortly.

The hotel is about 1/4 mile from the farthest units, but it's a nice walk, and they do a great job with service by the pool.

Kid's program is included. Could barely pull my son away from the video game room, also free.

The concierge service was great, even getting us a private plane charter over the Grand Canyon for a very reasonable rate.

It will be a hard trade, but the weeks are out there.

4S mainly was selling it as a fractional, but they sell single weeks as well.

I haven't been to the Four Seasons in Scottsdale, but I did trade a Marriott week for the one in San Diego. Scottsdale is where we want to go next.

I was absolutely blown away by the Four Seasons. The service, the rooms, the grounds ..everything! I love WDW, but I have never stayed anyplace nicer in my life. Knowing the rep of Four Seasons, I am sure Scottsdale will be as great.

The floorplans in Scottsdale look alot like in San Deigo. It was a lock off just like at WDW. The living room/dining room is huge. It is a real dining room with a table big enough for 6.

Have fun!:)
