just curious how the crowds are this week, what kind of wait times youve had, etc?
Would love to hear from you!!!

I went on Sunday and the waits lines were short.
Everest 60+ mins (used Fastpass)
Tower of Terror no wait
Rockin Roller Coaster no wait
StarWars 15 mins
Soarin 20 mins
Testtrack 20 mins
Mission Space no wait
Splash mountain 20 mins
Big Thunder 5 mins
Space Mountain 20 mins
Pirates was closed

We've been here since this past Saturday, and have not had to wait more than 20/30 minutes for any ride.

When you first enter the parks, they look crowded, but as you go into other areas, they seem to fan out and thin.

The temps however have been a little toasty though, but not unbearable.

Good to hear. We should have been down there this week but we are driving to Orlando this Friday (May 12). AK on Sunday will be our first park of the week.

We were there last year the first week in May and didn't have to use FastPass for any rides. Of course we arrived at least 30 mins prior to each park we visited so we hit the major attractions first. It was by far our best trip in 4 years. This year we are going a few weeks later but overall May is a great month to go.

When you get to AK early enough, make sure you head striaght over to Everest. That ride is awesome, and everyone seems to want to ride it as soon as they get to the park.

When I got there, there was a 20 min wait and I got myself a Fast Pass for later.

We just got back last night from a one week trip, and I was consistently amazed at how short the lines were. Our longest wait was Dumbo, but apparently that's to be expected. I honestly don't think we ever waited more than 10 minutes for any ride (edited to add: other than Dumbo). We used fast passes only sparingly because there wasn't a need. I think we typically only used 1-3 fast passes each day. We used them for Soarin' (twice), Splash (once), Test Track (once -- and it was no faster than standby would have been), Kilamanjaro Safari (once), Kali (once) and Winnie the Pooh (once). I'm not sure we used them on any other rides. Because we had the small kids, we didn't ride some of the more popular rides thrill rides. I think the longest posted standby times we ever saw were on Soarin' on Monday afternoon when the line reached 60 minutes. We literally walked in and stepped on several rides with absolutely no wait at all (including Splash (Sunday morning), Buzz Lightyear (Thursday morning), Space Mountain (Thursday morning)). We walked into all four 3-D movies with virtually no wait. I was expecting long lines and was so pleasantly surprised.

LIGHT crowds..

As an example, yesterday I was in the MK at 10 and the waits for Winnie the Pooh and Peter Pan were both 10 minutes (although it didn't even take that long).
