I need a Disney fix! No, I need to get in the car and head that way. Like right now. We are having the worst spring ever here in Minnesota, and while I've never complained about the winters here (in fact, I enjoy it), it's enough already! The snow almost melted once and we got hit with six inches. Started to melt a little bit yesterday.....six more inches coming tomorrow. I can't take it anymore!!!!

If you're at Disney today, can you give me a short report......how's the weather, how are the crowds, what fun things have you done today, have you seen anything new? It'll really brighten a snowbound girl's day! Heck, I'll even take fake reports! Not there? Make something up! Wow me with your perfect day! Maybe I can make it through another snowy week here with a little help from my Disney friends!

Well I am not there but my daughter is a CM and yesterday she spent three hours at the condo pool; it was such a beautiful day. Like you, I was jealous.

I feel your pain. The spring has been horrible here in MI too, although I don't think as bad as MN.

I was just talking with my wife this morning about how much I missed having some sort of a spring break this year. (Our March caribbean cruise plans fell through ).

I have this VERY, VERY strong urge to jump on a plane and head to Florida/Disney, even if only for a few days. I've never felt this strongly about it, but this winter/spring has just been soooooooooo drawn out. Plus the let down about the cruise just makes it worse.

At least we have a fall Disney trip planned, and we're heading to MN for a week in June to visit family so there are some things to look forward to.

I am in Minnesota too! We are rightfully allowed to complain this springter! I too have been stalking the boards and trip reports to gain some happiness and hope for better weather! Cannot wait till July for heat and Disney!

Spring is HORRIBLE in Missouri too. Crazily unseasonably cold. But at least it hasn't snowed since mid-March. Snow in mid-March was crazy enough. Wish we were already at Disney.

I'm here now. Weather is wonderful for the most part although at the exact moment it is a bit overcast. Crowds have been minimal to reasonable depending on the park and the time of day.

Haven't done much of anything yet today as I'm traveling with teenagers who are hard to get up and moving. Yesterday we went to Magic Kingdom in the morning and then went to Cirque du Soleil last night -- taking a break to swim and do laundry in the afternoon.

Spring has not sprung here in Ontario either. The kids had 2 snow days last week for the worst ice storm we've seen in a while and then it snowed on the weekend! A visit to see the mouse is sounding pretty good right now...

We were there over Spring Break. I feel your pain - having lived in Chicago for 10 years, those winters/springs are brutal. We relocated to Charlotte NC in 2006 - currently sunny skies, 72 degrees, high will be in the low 80's today. I can only imagine how nice it is in Orlando right now!!!

Next year our Spring Break is late, mid-April. It's a VERY long stretch for our kids during the winter as they have no other breaks outside of MLK and Pres. Day.
