Right looking at the posters other posts it seems she is getting married in Disney, so I am guessing (though I might be wrong) that she has to book so many rooms for her guests so she gets a free room or discount for herself (or her guests) and she wants someone to let her add there reservation number to her booking so her discount isn't removed.

When you get married at Disney you have to guarantee a certain number of room nights. This amount depends on how many guests you have. For my wedding i had to guarantee atleast 25 nights otherwise i was liable to pay for them myself. (Although whether they enforce this depends on your wedding planner really) Fortunately for me my parents stayed onsite for 2 weeks same as us so it wasnt an issue.


Id love to help out but i have already given my ressie numbers to another bride! Try posting on the main forum im sure someone will have some nights spare!

Thanks for explanation, hope DS never wants a Disney wedding(unless he finds a rich bride). All very confusing and expensive for a Yorkshireman.

we had to guarentee 25 nights as well and we had 3 rooms for 2 weeks each so we were fine but others struggle as alot book villas

Yes that's right, you have to guarentee a certain number of room nights to have a Disney wedding. To get a complimentary room, you have to guarentee at least 25. I am giving up my complimentary room and only providing 10 nights, although now it is just 9! I have got it sorted now, thank you very much!

It is very confusing, but not too much for a yorkshirelady!
