Anyone there at WDW now? How are the crowds?

My friend and her family arrived at the World on Friday. They will be there all week. I helped her plan the trip. I will not hear from her until she gets back. I would love to know what the crowds and weather are like. I never go Thanksgiving week. I always go the week before or after Thanksgiving. (Well, I did go for free dining in September this year.) I assume that it is packed this week. I did prepare her for that.
Can someone give a live report?????

Well, we're not there right now, we leave tomorrow. My parents are currently up there, and they said it wasn't too bad yesterday. However, probably starting today and through the rest of the weekend, Disney will be pretty slammed. This is one of the busiest weeks of the year, Thursday and Friday will be total madhouses. The Magic Kingdom on Thanksgiving Day is one of the busiest times I've ever seen that park, it's just nuts.

We are leaving in about 8 hours and will probably arrive a bit after midnight. I tried to move some of my ADR's around last week with no luck. Everything ADR wise seems to be booked. I'm expecting large crowds. However, we are used to the crowds and should be able to manage. If not we will just go back since we have AP's!

Yesterday, AK (which had early extra hours) was PACKED. FP for EE and KS were more or less gone by 1 pm, and both had a wait of 80+ minutes.

This was according to my mom and sister. I wasn't there so I don't know for sure.
