Anyone taking a chance on The Wave?

I justed switched an ADR at Kona (had one on 2 diff days) to try the Wave. We will be going for dinner.

Just wondering if anyone else was taking a chance without a definite menu and reviews. I usually read review after review and study the menu before I decide to try a new place (at WDW that is).

The drink options I saw looked very interesting.

We are going to eat there, but not until Nov. So I still have time to change if it's not good!! LOL

That is when we are going also. I just changed it today and thought I would ask around.

I am with you - in that , I can always cancel and hope to be able to change it later.

Do you know the opening date?
