Anyone surprised (POTC question)

With all of the success of POTC and Captain Jack Sparrow ... Is anyone surprised that they haven't redone Cap'n Jacks restaurant at DTD?

Is that even a Disney-owned restaurant? It's been there forever--well for as long as we've been going at that was in 1989. I do wonder how many people go there expecting it to have a pirate theme?
