What is a DIS Con buddy?

GrinningGhost......the dis con buddy idea came from AngieBelle and Nancy. Basically it's a person that is not going to Dis Con is paired up with someone who is going and the person going offers to *represent* their buddy at Dis Con. By representing, you could go on your buddies favorite rides for them, send postcards.....whatever the buddy and the person decide on.
