We're going in a few months with 2 other families. The owner is really nice and helpful and the house looks great, but I was just wondering if anyone else had stayed there and what they thought.

The owner's contact info is on the link, but he's near Atlanta and very nice. We almost had to cancel this house because alot of people dropped off our trip and he was very helpful when we were discussing it. Even offered to transfer our deposit to another trip if we chose to use his place. Excellent rates as well. Even let us book it more than a year in advance which I believe is uncommon for most renters. This allowed us to lock in a great rate!
