Review Anyone stayed at Windsor Hills Sonoma (21211)

We've received a quote that seems too good to be true! It's a 3 br, 2 ba condo in bldg 4 for 7 nights for $466 total. Has anyone else stayed here? Or worked with Gary Croteau the owner? The pictures look nice!
