Anyone stayed at this 4BR in EI? North facing!!

We are considering this 4 BR in EI. Looks great- my only concern it is north facing. We would be staying the first week of April. Any thoughts or experiences with this home? Or any comments on N facing in April? thanks!!!

The view from the pool toward the gates of Emerald Island is the same as the view we had. From looking at a couple of maps we stayed 3 houses from this one. The pool was north facing and we hardly got any sun at all. We went in Nov so maybe in April the sun would be more directly overhead and you'd get it midday.

Thanks Wanda!! That was my concern! It looks like you've stayed a lot of places.. any home recommendations? We are just one family of 4, but would like a private pool. Thanks!!

We stayed at this one in Sunset Lakes (the subdivision next to Emerald Island) in March. Their pool is west facing with a south end. The sun came around the end at around 11am and was on the pool area somewhere until late afternoon.
We got a good deal because of a cancellation they had. The house is nicer than what the pictures show. The front of the house looks out over a lake. The pool backs on to another pool but there's a hedge between.
Sunset Lakes is a smaller subdivision with a coded gate. It was very quiet.
