We are headed to this timeshare unit with friends in December (two families 2 kids each + babysitter)...just looking for some honest reviews of the property.

Thanks for any input!

it is part of Fairfield.

I haven't stayed there. It looks nice - it is definitely old. One of the first timeshares in Orlando.

the complaints on tugs have been the lack of things to do.

It has a SMALL swimming pool and a SMALL weights room (gym). but that is it nothing else.

so they were making comments on how it got a grown crown from RCI.

there were not any activities for children or adults.

It also looks like it is closer to I4 - Seaworld, than either WDW or US/IOA.

I have read that it is one of the original timeshares...not my first choice, but it's a free place to stay. All we really plan on doing is sleeping there. Not staying there for activities.

Just want to make sure the condos themselves have been updated and aren't old and yucky.

I remember hearing that they had some damage from the hurricanes and closed for a little while..that makes me think they must have done some kind of fixing up.

It is a smaller resort and you pass it by on the way to the outlets..its pretty close to there
