Anyone stayed at Florida Vacation Villas?

Thinking of booking a stay with them, and wondering if anyone's stayed there within the last year? Any opinions??

Yes, we own a timeshare there and stayed Easter week. This is an older, smaller resort. The units are clean and well maintained. This staff is friendly and accomodating. It is in 2 sections - you would probably want to stay in the section with the registration office. In that section is a pool, hottub, game room fitness center, and basketball court. The other section - across Poincian - has a pool but you can access the other section as well. There is a gas grill at both sections and both have a coin operated laundry. Some units have patios, some have screened patios and some have balconies. The resort is right next to a resaurant/bar that seems to be pretty popular.
