Anyone stayed AKL Concierge Recently?

I'm considering upgrading from savannah to concierge for our Nov trip to get some of the perks like the sunrise safari and PS assistance. It's a short trip, just 3 nights. It's also our 2nd of 3 trips this year, so we'll probably take things at a slow pace.

Anyway, and this could be a deciding factor, I have heard that they do not give bottled water at the AKL like they do at other concierge lounges. I drink 3-4 bottles of water a day, don't like the taste of tap water, and we usually stop and buy the stuff on our way to Disney. Because our stay is so short it would be great to skip the grocery stop.

Anyone know if this is true?

When we were there they just had one big glass bottle of water out most of the time.

They keep the big glass bottle out for service. If you ask one of the very helpful and friendly people, for some bottles to take with you in the park they go in the back and get them. Either in the morning or at nite when you return. We were just there at the end of June and had no problems getting water every day.

The Sunrise Safari is sooo worth it. !

At the AKL Concierge, can you get a complimentary refrigerator for your room?

From what I was told when i called to voice my opinon on the warm bottled water that was given out at BWI I was told concierge level is doing away with it for all hotels. now I am not saying for the extra money I just want bottled water but I think that should be one of the perks to concierge level
