Anyone stay in Windsor Hills Townhome rented by Paula W. in UK?

We are renting a townhome in Windsor Hills in March and wonder if anyone has stayed in it. We rented directly with the owner through windsorhillsrent.com (management company in Florida) a woman named Paula West from UK. Her 3 bedroom home was cheaper than most but looks great in the pictures. It is an end unit with splashpool on Renshaw Drive.
$630 per week plus just pool heat! I thought that was great.
Anyone stay there previously, we'd love some feedback!
