I just booked a condo at Royal Mansions for 3 nights before our August cruise. I found the link on Dave from Marietta's website - Thanks Dave! I'm a little nervous since this is not your typical chain motel so we don't really know what to expect. It looks and sounds wonderful, but I would love to hear from someone who has been there!

I have never stayed there but I booked there also in Aug for 4 nights before our cruise. I called, they seem really nice. I searced and found no negitive postings anywhere on this property.
I asked the same on this board awhile back and did get a few reply that they enjoyed it. so possibly they will post again.
I love the location, right on the beach! And a full kitchen.
What dates will you be there?

It's definitely not a chain hotel. It's a small, quiet condominium resort that offers nightly rentals. You'll have a very comfortable suite at a nice resort in a quiet neighborhood. It's not fancy, but it has everything you need for a good price.

Thanks for the replies. 4cruisinransier, we will be there Aug 7-10 and then we leave for our 20th Anniversary Magic cruise! I agree that the girl I spoke to seemed very nice and knowledgable, and so I booked it. I'll report in when I get back and let you know what we think :)

Dave, we booked this specifically because we do NOT want a chain motel (heaven knows there are enough of them in Cocoa Beach to choose from). We enjoyed the Radisson last time, and would do it again for just one night, but for the longer stay we wanted to try something a bit more homey and relaxing. We are so spoiled by our DVC that I guess I'm a bit nervous. But as long as it's clean and quiet, I will be happy! And for a bonus it sure looks like we'll be able to see the cruise ships come and go :)

PLease remember to post to all the info! And tips on the area...good places to eat ect....Thanks and have a GREAT trip!

We stayed there for a week last summer. I would recommend it to anyone. It is quaint, quiet & it is the northernmost hotel on Cocoa Beach.

The Only drawback is the lack of on-site dining.
